We are so much conscious about our job, business, studies and other various non healthy activities which are futile if we do not have good health. We all wish to have more and more money but what is the use of that money if we remain sick all time? If we give just small time of a day to work out in any form, we can realize the change in our health.

Like boys, girls are also passionate towards exercise but their main focus is generally to lose weight. Like many actresses, they also want to be slim and sexy. They do not bother about the side effects in sudden losing of weight. Most of these girls suffer from depression, fatigue, sex problems, malnutrition and many other diseases.
